Boat Sales Promote Those 'Exclusive Boats' in 20 Minutes or Less with Targeted Web Pages

Have you ever wanted to build your own web pages to promote those special boats?

You know the sort of thing - those boats that come along that you really want to emphasise. Maybe they're high value. Perhaps they are a particularly model that doesn't come on the market too often. Or maybe they are a little quirky but sure to appeal to a specific set of people.

For these sorts of boats you probably already have a number of potential buyers. What you need to do is get the details in front of them right away.

The traditional way of promoting these sorts of boats, and pretty much every other boat in the yard for that matter, is to write up the details, take some tantalising photographs and put it all together in a brochure. It can take days. And it’s expensive.

You’ve probably often thought of using the web to promote your boats.

What better way than creating high quality professional web pages containing the boat descriptions, plans and photographs. All you need to do then is to send an email to your prospect list with a link to the relevant pages.

Trouble is, in the past building web pages has been even more expensive than getting the printed materials together. Instructing a web designer could cost thousands. Getting the information to them building the web pages and checking the results simply took too long.

Most boat yards and marinas stick with what they know. They simply print up the details and send them around by post. There's nothing wrong with that of course. It's just that in this modern world your customers increasingly expect instant service.

Get The Details in Your Prospects Hands in Minutes with Professional, Targeted Web Pages

The good news is that now there is a way you can do it for yourself in minutes. No web development skill is needed. If you can use a Word Processor and cut and paste (skills you probably already use to produce the printed brochures) you can have high quality pages produced in minutes.

XSitePro is a revolution in rapid web development tools. As easy to use as a Word Processor it nevertheless has an amazing range of features that make it suitable to an incredible range of web applications.

From Boat Details to Professional Web Site in 20 Minutes

It's true. It really is possible to take the details of a boat including pictures and to produce a professional looking web site in less than 20 minutes. It will take a little longer the first time but after that you will start to fly.

The steps that follow assume 2 things:

- You already have a web site

- You already have the boat particulars, plans and photographs in a word processor document.

Right, with those provisos in mind, here's what you have to do:

Task time to complete

1. Create a sub domain on you main site. e.g. If your main site is called www.maxboats.com you would create a sub domain called something like topdeal.maxboats.com 2 min

2. Open up XSitePro 1 min

3. Create a new project, web site, set-up publishing details, create main page 8 min

4. Paste the details from your word processor into the new page 1 min

5. Preview the page and make any changes 5 min

6. Publish the page 1 min

7. Create an email to your prospects 2 min

8. Send the email 0 min,

20 minutes after getting the typed details in your office you have constructed detailed, professional web pages. You have notified your prospects about the latest addition to your portfolio - a new boat that exactly matches their needs. They have instant access to all the details.

All you have to do now is wait for their calls.

Keith Longmire helps small businesses grow rapidly through online marketing. XSitePro is the ideal tool for many small businesses to quickly build professional web sites. You can learn more about XSitePro by visiting The XSitePro Experience

Boat Loan FAQs

The first step in buying a boat is finding one that you are interested in. Calculate the possible monthly payment and make sure it is affordable to you. The next step is to find a financing company or a bank to finance the boat. Fill out the necessary paperwork and review your loan offer. Finally, wait for approval and hopefully, the boat will be yours.

Why should I finance instead of paying outright?

There is a possibility that your boat can qualify for the same tax advantages as your house. This will increase your financial flexibility, and will allow you to take advantage of future investments. There is a chance that you can profit from these investments and exceed the cost of your loan. At the end of the day, your boat may coat less than you expected.

What kind of information is needed?

Make sure that personal information as well as loan, boat and financial statements are readily available.

How much is the down payment?

It is a general guideline that up to 90% of the boat selling price can be financed. This will include any extra at the time of the purchase.

How long is the process?

As long as all the application requirements are on hand, it only takes 1 to 2 days to know whether your loan application has been approved.

What is the advantage of a short-term loan as opposed to a long-term loan?

A short-term loan has its advantages, particularly in building the boat?s equity. This means more money for you until you decide to sell the boat. However, there are points to consider like down payment percentage and financial capability.

What about refinancing?

There are many refinancing options available. All you have to do is check the prevailing interest rate. As a matter of fact, refinancing can save you some money over your the life of your loan.

Can I get a loan to upgrade my boat?

Yes. As long as your boat does not have an existing loan. Or, if it has a current loan balance, it should be $25,000 or greater. This amount should compose the remaining loan plus 80% cost of the upgrade. But, the new loan should not go beyond 80% of the boat's current market value.

High Octane RC Cars - The Ultimate Toy for Both Kids and Adults

The need for speed is in all of us. No matter if it's buried deep down inside you, its there, just waiting to be satisfied. Youll know it when you pick up a remote control, pull a trigger and see an RC car shoot by you faster than what you ever thought was possible. Super fast RC cars and trucks will elicit a weird, awe-struck smile from 8 year olds and 50 year olds alike.

Some of the fastest RC cars and trucks come prepared as ready-to-run/race or RTR. The RTR RC vehicles are available at many hobby stores, but to find the greatest deals, you don't need to look further than the computer your sitting in front of. Retailers online of RTR RC trucks, cars and boats most often provide a broader selection of trucks, cars and boats than even the largest hobby stores. Also, since they dont have a physical store to maintain, they can offer products to you a lot cheaper than a typical hobby store.

There are a few different types of RC vehicles available and its expensive to learn which type would best suit its driver. A basic model RC car is the battery powered type. Many advancements have taken place in battery power output, especially with NiMh and L-I batteries (Nickel Metal Hydride and Lithium Ion, respectively) becoming more popular and widely available. The result has been faster battery powered RC trucks, cars and boats and theyre a good bet for younger children who might not foresee the dangers of running a 70Mph gas powered RC car into a brick wall or something else much more expensive like Dad's new car for example.

Gas powered RC cars, trucks and boats have been around for awhile and ready-to-run models can reach top speeds of 50+Mph. Thats fast, plain and simple. With a little know-how and the proper parts, anyone is capable of upgrading their rc vehicle to reach even faster top speeds. The gas powered RC vehicles start at around $100.

The nitrous powered RC vehicles are a combination of gas powered RC cars and trucks that use a special nitro methane fuel mixture to create top speeds that are nothing less than scary. There are nitro powered RC vehicles that come ready-to-run and itll cost you around $300 for the pleasure. These cars have been modified by professional hobbyists to reach speeds of over 100Mph in good conditions. Beleive it or not, these little engines can produce similiar horsepower as that of a low-end lawnmower, this can only result in one thing: Speed.

After getting your car, the only need to get started is a debris free parking lot, fuel and batteries for the remote control. You might as well haul along some friends as well, because they'll be astonished when you tell them the blazing speeds your toy can hit. This high-octane hobby is one thatll sweep the nation before you know it because no matter who you are - blazing fast is always fun.

Some Franchisees Charge Simply by the Foot: $14.00-17.00 per foot

It is important to pay special attention to:

Bilge pump

Batteries

Sanitation system

Fresh water tanks

Main engines and generators

Canvas covers

Docking lines

Power cords

Deck gear

Fuel tanks

Cabin

Sailing yachts

Sail covers

Roller furling gear

Deck hardware

Dock box (give it a wash or shine it up before you go, customers will love it)

Bilge Pumps:

Check the operation of all your automatic bilge pumps. Trip the float switches by hand or better yet flush out the bilge with fresh water. This will also get rid of any stagnant water. Then after pumping out as much water as possible pour one to three cups of chlorine in to keep long standing water from smelling. If the boat doesn’t have automatic bilge pumps, suggest to the owner that they be installed and refer the work to a professional.

Batteries:

Check fluid levels. Remember fully charged batteries will not freeze. Top them off and remember to protect your eyes from splashing. Use terminal cleaner or a wire brush and coat with an anti-corrosive compound. Petroleum jelly prevents rust. Another option is for the boat owner to take them home, in this case advise him to trickle charge them every 30-60 days.

Sanitation System:

Pump out and rinse holding tanks three times. After cleaning add holding tank blue treatment chemical to eliminate odors. Close the head discharge, through-hull ball valve and raw water supply valve. Pour a small amount of chlorine bleach into any standing sea water in the head itself to eliminate the formation of bacterial growth and odor. Add a little anti-freeze such as Starbrite ‘Bio-Safe’ Anti-Freeze and pump it through hoses, holding tank, Y-valve, macerator and discharge hose. Check owner’s manual to make sure there are no other parts which need tending to. Make sure to check and see if your anti-freeze is alcohol based because it will not damage the system.

Water Heaters:

Put some non-toxic anti-freeze into the heater and make sure assembly and plumbing is surely fastened and secure.

Through Hull Openings:

With a screwdriver or similar tool, poke up inside each opening. Make sure there is no marine growth left on the inside.

Fresh Water Tanks:

Pump them dry and add some bleach and non-toxic anti-freeze to the system. Always use Propylene Gycol anti-freeze and not engine type anti-freeze. Refill and pump them dry again. Be sure to turn off the pressure pump. Isolate hot water by disconnecting the in and out lines. Some do not make noise when the fresh water tanks are empty. Make sure to also check faucets, sinks, shower stall drains, etc.

Rocking The Boat

I work in a factory, and we have supervisors who play favorites. They have about six girls who can do no wrong, and they have easier jobs than the rest of us. These girls go out after work to bars, and that is why they are in with the supervisors.

The boss over these supervisors will not do anything because his boss is the father of one of these supervisors. So long as "Daddy boss" is still there, this boss will not do anything to the supervisors. One girl played around and made the machinery malfunction for an operator, but she didn't get into trouble because of the favoritism.

Do we go to the owner of the company with a complaint on why these bosses will not fix this mess?

Carol

Carol, we will not tell you that you should go to the owner. What we will tell you is how this usually plays out.

Some things are worth doing because you feel they are the right thing to do, even when you know they will not succeed. As a rule, whistleblowers do not succeed. Complaining or whistleblowing makes you the problem, instead of the problem you are calling attention to.

Human beings are social animals, and family and social connections in the workplace usually count for more than merit or truth. Truth is very weak. There is nothing pushing it. It can't stand up to people pushing their own agenda.

The one place where truth, fact, and objectivity are supposed to rule is science, but even in science it is a problem. The physicist Max Planck once observed that an important scientific innovation is usually accepted not because people readily accept its truth, but because the older generation of opponents grows old and dies off.

Carol, you have three options: you can overlook the unfairness and become immune to it, you can seek other employment, or you can try to fix the problem. Fixing the problem is the solution least likely to occur. In all probability, your workplace is a boat the owner does not want rocked.

The Quality Of Mercy

I am Ali from Pakistan, and I need your help on a weird issue. First, let me tell you something about me. I am a student of information technology. I am not from a rich family, but our family is a respected one. When I turned 20, I left my family for studies in computer science. Okay, now here started the problem.

I used to use the Internet as a resource for knowledge, but two years ago I got free time and started chatting online. I am not very good talking to girls, at least maybe not to the sharp ones. I do not know the exact reason, but one can be that I am a little shy and can't talk the talk.

I met a girl online, and we shared a lot. At least, I did. But I lied to her. Out of nowhere, though, I was in love with her. I told her some mushy lines because it was hurting to think of her not in my life. Then I told her I lied to her. It was a difficult time because she was so angry, but I finally managed to get her mercy. Is she really okay with me? How do we go back to our old chat sessions we both used to enjoy?

Ali

Ali, Mark Twain said, "If you tell the truth, you don't have anything to remember." You also don't have anything to apologize for or explain away. You may have gained her mercy, but what is the quality of her mercy?

How do you go back to the old familiarity and trust, when that was interwoven with lies? You wonder how you would feel if she lied to you. Probably, you would still doubt her.

Give Yourself The Luxury Of Houseboat Living

Through cultures and through history, people have chosen to live in water. Well, not underwater but just on the surface. This is done primarily by living on houses on top of the water. Some houses are fixed structures near the beach. However what is more fascinating are the floating houses or houseboats that serve also as means of travel apart from a means of shelter. Such houseboats provide people with the luxury of traveling while still being at home. Nowadays, as more people preferred to live on land, some still want the luxury of being able to stay on water, thus houseboating as a pastime was born, and becoming more popular among vacation goers.

Houseboats All Over the World

Houseboats are basically boats that have been designed to be fit for people to live in. Houseboats in the past were usually moored, and were not motorized. Such houseboats that were used as permanent homes were more common in Southeast Asia. But nowadays, most houseboats for luxury have motors for flexibility in traveling by boating enthusiasts.

There are also houseboats in India, usually found on Dal Lake in the vicinity of Srinagar in Kashmir and Jammu or on Kerala's backwaters. These indigenous houseboats were slow and used for trading spice and rice to the Kochi port from Kuttanad. Nowadays most of them are used for luxury trips as part of tourism in the area. Kerala houseboats typically are 60 to 70 feet long and around 15 feet wide at the center part. The body of the boat is made of wooden planks fastened by coconut fiber ropes. The roof is usually made of palm leaves on top of bamboo shafts. Cashew and nut oils are used to protect the houseboat's exteriors.

European houseboats are more built for luxury than as a residence. Along Amsterdan's long canals, one could see very expensive and fabulous models of luxury houseboats. There are even houseboat hotels in the Netherlands. Such houseboats are usually moored, and the decreasing availability of moorings have made such houseboats even more expensive. It is estimated that there are 2,400 famlies living in houseboats along the waters of the city of Amsterdam and the size of their houseboats vary according to family size and affluence.

In Great Britain, there are narrowboats along canals that are both used as permanent homes and luxury holiday accomodations for hire. These boats were originally meant for transporting fuel and raw materials along the canals during the Industrial revolution. Nowadays, the canals are being used mainly for recreational and leisure purposes and as tourist attractions. The narrow houseboats in turn have been transformed to accommodate visitors. Other houseboats can be foundin the United Kingdom, particularly in the coastal regions and they are also used as vacation shacks.

Way down under in Australia, there are also luxury houseboats, particulaly along the Murray River. There, a lot of motorized houseboats based on pontoons are present. Some have two or even more bedrooms, others even have several storeys or levels. There are houseboats that have private owners used either as permanent homes or as vacation houses. Several houseboats in Austrialia are available for rent and could accommmodate from four to as much as a dozen persons.

Houseboats are just beginning to become popular in the United States. The use of houseboats can be traced back to the 40s when some people needed a means of being able to stay on the water surface for long terms. Many houseboat enthusiasts consider Kentucky's Lake Cumberland to be the birthplace of American houseboating. Nowadays, there are houseboats that could span more than 2000 square feet, of luxury living space. There are also many houseboats in Portage Bay and Lake Union in the city of Seattle in Washington. A lot of American houseboats are built and designed for use in waterways and inland lakes, but there are some that can be used along the coastal areas. Most American experience houseboating through vacations.

Houseboats can be fun to live in especially if they are built for luxury. They offer exciting ways of living on water. Houseboats are getting more popular than ever and could probably become one of the standard elements of vacations in the future.

Sales for Boat Washing at the Marina

If you are in the boat cleaning and washing business then you need to learn how to do sales so that you can deal with the customers. There are several types of customers and they have different needs. You will learn this overtime, but you will learn a lot quicker if you will listen more and do less selling or telling or talking.

If you are dealing with a Yacht Broker, then they need to know they can call you prior to sales appointments with the potential client. One way to ensure that you'll get their business over your competitors is if you promise to give them prompt service and even give them your home telephone number and your direct cell number.

They need to know they can call you out of the blue at any time and you will run out and do a touch up on a boat they might be trying to sell. You are selling service and if they trust you and know you can deliver that type of service you will have their business.

When selling to a private boat owner they need to make sure that if they have you come out to clean their boats that it will indeed be cleaned when they arrive with friends or family. And they want to make sure that there will be no damage to their boat and the job will be perfect every time. If you can do that it is not a matter so much of price, but rather of service. I sincerely hope you will consider this in 2006.

Protecting Pontoon Boat Decks

The most common choice for pontoon deck protection is purchasing a deck cover to cover the deck of the pontoon boat when the boat is not in use. You can purchase pontoon boat deck covers that will only partially cover the boat, or covers that will cover the entire boat, protecting every inch against the elements.

When your pontoon boat is continuously exposed to the elements it can become damaged easily, and wear out much more quickly than it would if you continuously use a pontoon boat cover over the duration of your ownership of the boat.

Pontoon boat deck covers can be purchased in a variety of different sizes, designed to fit each individual pontoon boat perfectly. When purchasing a pontoon boat cover make sure you are purchasing a cover that is designed for the particular brand, model, and size of pontoon boat that you have. It is important for a pontoon boat cover to fit your pontoon boat well in order to ensure that it is as protected as possible by the cover.

A pontoon boat that has been treated well, and routinely covered when not in use will also have a higher resale value than a comparable model that has not been protected. A regularly protected pontoon boat will look cleaner and newer overall, and be a much more desirable vessel for boating adventure.

Another part of your pontoon boat deck to look at protecting is any seats and upholstered items that you have located on an exposed part of your deck. When exposed to the sun, the colors in these items tend to fade and can begin to look old and dilapidated. The upholstery in a chair that has never been sat in, can eventually wear out due to sun and wind exposure, as well as exposure to other elements. For this reason it is important to cover your deck and upholstery when your pontoon boat is not in use. You may also want to consider purchasing a canopy of some sort to go over the deck; this can help not only shield your furniture from harmful UV rays, but your passengers as well.

When looking out for a boat you must be aware of the fact that no single boat can do everything you desire. Every boat is designed for a specific purpose and is best suited if used for that purpose.
Boats designed to sail on the weekends cannot be used for a passage through the ocean or river. Quick acceleration and load carrying capacity cant be find in a same boat. You can buy a boat only for one or the other purpose such as for race or fishing in a pond etc..

One must first describe the usage of boat before choosing the right kind of boat required. The answer to the question, what type of boat should be purchased completely depends on the usage of the boat. The purchaser should decide the purpose of the purchase of boat and its usage.

Every other human being has different desires, beauty is the first consideration for some people whereas some like boats which can simply solve their purpose. It completely depends on the usage of boat as beauty is very important for sail boats as you'll spend a majority of time floating and sailing around with many people looking at your sail boat. When someone looks at your boat, you will desire to make sure that it looks amazing.

Speedy boats are primarily needed to race instead of cruise. The ideal boat for speed demons are those that can cut through the water, creating plenty of waves. But there are many cruising sailors who want their boats to move very fast like racing boats with the comfort of cruise.

Some fishermen have very simple requirement and that is a simple fishing boat but some use trackers and other boats that are designed for fishing with some automatic tactics. There are many models of boats available for fishing as fishing is one of the most popular boat activities.

Before purchasing a boat take your time, weigh your options, check your budget and then select the right boat for yourself. After all, its fun boating in water whether its for work or to enjoy!

Flexible Fishing Boats! The Good Fish Can't Hide From You Anymore

Fishing boats have come a long way since the days when you had to purchase the large metal or wood boat with the massive gas guzzling motors attached.

Now even though these boats are still popular, some fishing enthusiasts are searching for alternatives to this expensive investment, and are now turning to the inflatable fishing boat, also known as the fishing kayak.

Kayak fishing has grown in popularity for individuals that enjoy the peace and tranquility of their favorite fishing spots, which allow them to get away from the traditionally hectic areas that attract the large amounts of fishermen and women. These congested areas such as the large lakes and rivers, bring many sport fishing boats that are bulky, noisy, and in most cases they smell of gas and oil.

With many inflatable boats and catamarans that can easily set-up in minutes, the fisherman can quickly stroll down their newly found winding trails, and hit their secret spots in no time to enjoy the un-chartered territories that supply unlimited fish resources.

The angler has much more on their catch agenda, and as the sport fisherman becomes more in tune with his/her environment, it only makes sense that obtaining a watercraft that is safe and non-polluting to our world is an added bonus.

Many inflatable fishing vessels are lightweight and only require a small electric motor to navigate through the water. This keeps the lakes clean, and offers you the added flexibility to get to your recreational fishing area quickly, so you can take advantage of the surplus of fish available!

Sports Fishing Should Be Fun And Affordable, Not A Second Mortgage!

Unless you’re a professional, and you enter many sport fishing tournaments, we believe that most individuals want to enjoy themselves without having to pay thousands of dollars for sports related boats that are only for entertainment.

Online Outfitters have taken the time to cater to this type of boat fishing need! They have designed many inflatable-fishing boats that range from small dinghies to large catamaran boats that can carry many persons and gear. Depending on what you’re looking for, these boats are all made with rugged materials, and can be customized with all the top fishing accessories to make your angling experience the most enjoyable on the waters.

If you're really serious about getting your hands on one of these fishing vessels, you can easily go online and search for your desired boat in minutes. Once you have chosen the right one that fits your style and budget, the next step is to get more information, or take advantage of the online inflatable boat supplier’s trial period. This offer is very rare in the retail outfitter industry, and if you can find a local company willing to do this, jump on the chance to take one out and give it a try.

What better way to test out the inflatable fishing kayak or catamaran, to see if it achieves all your outdoor requirements! Remember, even though these crafts are not as expensive as the traditional fishing boats, they still are an investment in your future fishing adventures, and will play a large part in your leisure activity for many years to come.

New Age Lifeboats

This nation born in bloodshed, grew mighty by bloodshed - and
perishes in bloodshed. Or maybe not. Is it unreasonable to
imagine we have as good as a 50/50 chance? Help! Call 911! Done.
Now what? The alarm clock rings and none can silence it. The
people of the world fear and tremble. The great warrior nation
goes again to war. The war on terrorism, like the great wars on
poverty, crime, drugs, disease, education and family, will never be won, or ended. This is because the people who profit from war, write the rules by which we agree to live. As long as business and government have unlimited credit, backed by workers, taxpayers, and consumers, war will continue and expand. America will perish.

The message of 9/11 is change or perish. The people of America
are getting the message. How about you? Have you heard the
message? Have you learned to count your blessings, which include
the ability to change your ways and by so doing those of your
neighbors? Have you learned you can no longer depend on the
people you trust with your very life? Have you decided to abandon the sinking war machine for a life of peace and harmony
in the little lifeboats of the New Age? If so, welcome aboard,
we desperately need your help. If not, we'll try to save you a
place and do without you - no hard feelings. The name of the New Age lifeboats is Independence, the unfulfilled promise of our founders.

From birth we have been dependent on others for the necessities of life; food, clothing, shelter, love, caring, companionship. You name it. We demand others provide it and we pay whatever price we can afford. The more we can afford, the more is supplied. We pay top dollar for doctoring and get greater disease as treatment only spirals in cost. We die for lack of money and cure. Does this make sense? Of course not. So why do we continue this fraud that kills us, makes us weak and foolish? One of the key answers is Tell-A-Vision. Once a week, TV news will tell us to pursue a healthy lifestyle. Get regular xercise. Drink more water. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat less meat. Get more rest. When the typical viewer/watcher gets this message, paid for by corporate sponsors, s/he will have received 100 messages telling her to watch more TV, drink Coca Cola, eat burgers and Doritos. Get new drugs from her doctor. Turn off this electronic mind bender.

How did we learn the alphabet, our math tables, science,
history? We learned by repetition, repetition, repetition.
Science has proven that anything repeated often enough becomes
accepted as truth by the subconscious. By this simple method,
the Machine Age has created entire nations of uncritical,
unthinking, uncaring robots. There is hardly one of us that
wants to be a cog in the machine that is Enron, Exxon, Arthur
Anderson, World Com, Quest or America, because we perceive the
machines are breaking down, as they always do. America is
looking for its soul - and finding it. Hooray for America!

The message of Tell-A-Vision is consume, consume, consume. We
have lost so much respect for the customer of yesteryear, we are
called consumers. Implied in that label is the idea we produce
nothing of value and our purpose in life is to consume what we
are told, and like it. We are nothing if not obedient and we are
sad to learn how much truth there is in this implication. If and
when we learn this truth that oils the machine. If we should decide we will no longer sail the ships of state or competitive nationalism, rather than go down with the captains, we must totally abandon ship. To leave one foot in the ship of state and the other in the New Age lifeboat, is to cause the kind of pain the image suggests. It's all about choice. You choose to change or you are changed by those who pay for the privilege of training you. If you don't choose freedom, you have chosen slavery, no matter what you call it. As Shakespeare might
have said, A slave by any other name will smell as foul.

For those searching for the New Age lifeboat, it is in your
yard and in your home. You book passage on this ship by learning
to feed yourself. Not by using utensils as you were taught as a
child, but by growing the food you need to live a healthy and
prosperous life. Produce the basics of life and trade the
surplus for the rest. Love yourself. Feed yourself. Love your
neighbor. Feed your neighbor. Sounds like a big job, no? It
isn't. It can be done with less time and effort than most folks
expend to buy poisoned, processed, disease causing groceries.

Farming is hard work for lousy pay. This is true enough for
anyone who has not learned better ways than grandpa and the
corporate farmers have. New Age methods of profitable gardening,
orcharding and vinting are readily available for the reading of
a few books. It is a spiritually liberating exercise to produce
good food, by the pound or by the ton. Even small towns form
garden clubs to share know-how. The next best thing for you to do is to help your neighbors grow good food for you, by purchasing their surplus at the local markets, regardless of price. You are not just buying food from such people, you are buying insurance, that there will be food for you when the ship hits the bottom and you are swimming for the lifeboats.

The thugs of world governments hold power by creating
dependents from otherwise free people. They borrow credit, pay
salaries, collect taxes, make rules, hire and arm enforcers with
lethal weapons. All because people let them do this and expect
them to. Then the people are taught they have no power to change
anything. The people believe what they are taught by the repetition from cradle to grave and nothing changes for generations. Personal independence allows the thinking person to withdraw support from her/his providers, because indirect provision is no longer needed or desired. So ends the support of national and global secrecy and the oppression of the poor by the rich. So ends the exploitation of the peaceful and humble by the ambitious and boastful war mongers. He who creates an empire on an acre or a continent, is obligated to defend it against every threat, internal and external, real and imagined. He is in competition with every other empire builder, seeking to expand his holdings. War is unavoidable. Peace is what they call the cease fires between battles.

The empire builders need our support. They will have it if it
takes scaring us to death and a lifetime of hypnotism. But as
Ronald and Nancy Reagan told us, we can just say no. No, I won't
depend on warmongers to protect me from all the threats they
themselves create. Nor will I pay them to provide you with their
wonderful services. It is so clearly a gang style protection
racket they run, in the name of the people. Throw out some life
lines. Man the lifeboats.

This finely tuned machine takes on the task that many will shy away from; the Charger boat is anything but meek. With speed a way of life and the durability to withstand even the roughest waters, the Charger boat is clearly a true fisherman's best friend.

With two motor models available, the Yamaha XR, or the Evenrude you know you are getting a fine machine for a great price. Pontoon Boat Mood Lights

Many pontoons boats are equipped with mood lightning that can enhance your overall experience while riding on a pontoon boat. In some cases the mood lighting in concealed within the boat, in other cases not, but mood lighting can always add a special flair to nighttime pontoon boating.

Mood lighting can help transform your pontoon boat party in a charmingly wonderful affair. Mood lighting provides a minimal amount of lighting so that you can still get the feeling of being out underneath the stars without accidentally tripping over your neighbor and falling into the water.

In some pontoon boat models the mood lighting is attached underneath the seats on the pontoon boat. This concealed form of lighting makes the lights unobtrusive during the day, and makes it so unsightly lights do not compromise the overall aesthetics of your pontoon boat. The lights hidden under the seats are also less susceptible to accidental breakages.

Other pontoon boat models will hide their mood lights in other locations. In some cases mood lighting is located on the stairs of the vessel, or some other similar location.

For the most part mood lighting is put into pontoon boats as a safety feature to ensure that passengers are always able to see what's going on around them on the pontoon boat. Mood lighting decreases unnecessary injuries, and overall pontoon owner satisfaction. There could be nothing worse than cutting off your
pontoon boat late at night and not being able to locate your keys or the ignition to be able to turn the boat back on. Pontoon boat mood lighting provides an always-helpful minimal amount of light.

Pontoon boat mood lighting can also be a wonderful way to set a romantic mood while out on the water during a late night pontoon ride. Just like dimly lit candles, pontoon boat mood lighting can help provide just enough light to make your late night romantic rendezvous memorable.

No matter whether you are using mood lighting as a safety feature, or you are using mood lighting to literally set the mood, pontoon boat mood lighting is always a wonderful feature to have in any pontoon boat. Pontoon boat mood lighting is a feature that you won't realize how much you need it until you don't have it and are stuck in the dark wanting a very small amount of light
to keep your pontoon boat ride going.
